1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the Talent Surge website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, do not use our services.

2. Services Description

Talent Surge provides managed staffing and HR services, connecting US businesses with dedicated virtual assistants and specialists. Our services include talent sourcing, vetting, placement, and ongoing HR management.

3. Service Agreement

Use of our staffing services requires a signed Service Agreement which includes:

• A minimum 1-year commitment period
• 30-day notice requirement for role closure
• Monthly payment terms, paid upfront
• Confidentiality and NDA provisions

4. Payment Terms

All payments are due at the beginning of each month. Rates are as published on our website or as agreed in your Service Agreement. Failure to pay may result in service suspension.

5. Replacement Coverage

If your assigned professional does not meet expectations despite proper onboarding and feedback, we will source a replacement at no additional recruiting fee. This is subject to reasonable notice and documentation of performance issues.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, and images, is the property of Talent Surge or its content suppliers and is protected by intellectual property laws.

7. Limitation of Liability

Talent Surge shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services. Our liability is limited to the fees paid for services in the preceding three months.

8. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Talent Surge from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of our services or violation of these terms.

9. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
