Do You Not Charge A Recruitment Fees ?
Nope. We like to make overseas hiring as frictionless as possible. A 20% fees of an annual salary makes it hard for our customers to make their first hire. We charge a hike on the monthly salary so your risk reduces.
Does The Talent Serve A Notice Period If We Want To Terminate?
If termination is required, we have an average notice period of one month.
Can I directly manage the offshore talent or do I need to go through talent surge for communication?
You will directly communicate with your offshore talent and manage them as you would with any other team member.
Do the offshore employees work for me full-time, or do they have multiple clients?
The offshore employees we staff work exclusively for your company. They do not have any other client apart from yourself.
